Informationsbranchen anvender sociale medier, viser Cision-undersøgelse
Journalister, informationsmedarbejdere og PR-konsulenter deltager flittigt i de sociale medier. Det viser en undersøgelse, som Cision har foretaget, der beskriver, hvordan informationsbranchen i Sverige, Norge, Danmark og Finland anvender blogs og andre sociale medier som Twitter, Facebook og Wikipedia. Det fremgår bl.a., at svenske journalister er flittigere til at læse blogs end det øvrige Norden, at PR-konsulenter er de flittigste til at twitte, og at det er ekstremt usædvanligt at tilbyde betaling til bloggere for omtale.
